On behalf of the staff of the El Dorado News-Times, I would like to welcome you to our city.

We applaud the efforts of Murphy USA and all those who have worked diligently to bring the Symetra Tour and its wonder- ful players to El Dorado. We have every confidence that this year’s Murphy USA Shootout is the first in what will be a long line of Symetra Tour events here.
Organizing an event such as the Shootout requires a legion of volunteers, and our community has answered the call. Thank you to all the men, women and young people who have helped and will
help make this event a rousing success! Finally, we want to acknowledge those responsible for Mystic Creek, one of the hidden gems of our state.
