“We have the only two certified Drums Alive instructors in El Dorado,” said Beth Brumley, mar- keting/public relations coordinator. “We offer the exciting innovative activity to our residents several times a month.”
For 2017, the health care industry will continue to face challenges in general, but health care will espe- cially be challenged with whatever changes in the government might put forth in the next 12 months.
“We will follow and comply with Healthcare changes,” Brumley said.
“We are looking forward to celebrating 50 years in 2018,” Brumley said. “Oak Ridge is proud to say we have over 60 employees who have been with us five years or more, some over 30 years.”
“We strive to provide great care daily. Our employ- ees, caregivers in the every sense of the word, love what they do,” she said. “They are not our just resi- dents, they are our family.”
