Coloring Contest open to children ages 3 - 10. Pictures will not be returned and will become property of the El Dordo News-Times, and may be used for display or promotion in El Dorado News-Times publications Entry automatically enters child's name into contest. Decision of judges is final. Winners will be notified 12/11/2017 and announced in El Dordao News-Times newspaper and online.
