Thanks to a $50-million contribution from Murphy Oil Corporation, the El Dorado School District offers a unique opportunity for every graduate
to attend college with the El Dorado Promise scholarship. This college-going culture results in 85% of El Dorado graduates attending college.
From environmental sciences to athletics and the arts, the El Dorado School District offers
a variety of choices to help students find their path to success. The district includes four elementary schools, Washington Middle School, Barton Junior High School, El Dorado High School and Murmil Alternative Learning Environment.
