Twinkling lights adorn a massive tree on
the Ellipse at President’s Park at the White House. This marks the 95th year of the annual event, which is a co-production between The National Park Service and the National Park Foundation. A Colorado blue spruce from Virginia, the National Tree is a living tree that can be found in President’s Park all year round. Many of the park’s other trees are adorned with one-of-a-kind ornaments from every U.S. state, territory and the District of Columbia.
