Resident Sportsman’s License
Nonresident Annual All Game Hunting License
of a nonexpiring $1,000 Lifetime Resident Sportsman’s Permit do not need a state waterfowl stamp. Stamp must be signed across the face in ink. Hunters who purchase their Federal Duck Stamp online may use the confirmation number given at the time of purchase for a 45-day grace period, while the actual stamp is being mailed. Entitles a resident to the same privileges as the GLH, plus the privilege to guide, aid or assist another person, for pay or other consideration, in taking any species of wildlife, except waterfowl, on all commission-owned or controlled WMAs, WDAs and WRAs. The GLS does not include hunting privileges. Proof of residency in the state of Arkansas for one year prior to the application date is required. Expiration date is June 30. $150

Mobility impaired classification: cannot walk without the permanent use of a brace, cane, crutch, prosthetic device, wheelchair, or walker; permanently restricted by lung disease to such an extent that the person’s forced (respiratory) expiratory volume for one second, when measured by spirometry, is less than one (1) liter, or the arterial oxygen tension is less than (60) mm/hg on room air at rest; permanent condition which requires the use of portable oxygen or that the person’s functional limitations are classified in severity as Class III or Class IV according to standards set by The American Heart Association. This license is available from the AGFC Little Rock Office. Free
Deferred Hunter Education License
